List notes
Lists the authenticated user's private notes in the current workspace,
newest first. Notes are saved through the Klang web or desktop app.
Requires an API key or an external OAuth token with notes:read.
This interface is read-only. Titles and previews are decrypted only
after checking ownership. Other workspace members cannot read your notes.
